AREAS OF APPLICATION
The chemical active ingredient is anchored in our NO-CORRO® products using special processes. After a protective atmosphere has built up inside the packaging, the NO-CORRO® molecules accumulate on the metal surface. This also protects hard-to-reach places such as holes, internal threads, folds, etc. For decades, our VCI active ingredient NO-CORRO® has proven itself as long-term protection against corrosion of steel, iron, aluminium, chrome as well as copper, brass, and zinc.
PROTECTIVE EFFICACY
The surface protection interrupts chemical and electrochemical corrosion reactions. NO-CORRO® also reaches hard-to-reach places and even penetrates cavities, bores, internal threads, folds, etc. With the additional use of, for example, an aluminum composite film as a barrier layer, years of corrosion protection are possible.

LONG-TERM CORROSION PROTECTION
If the packaging process is carried out carefully, NO-CORRO® protects the parts to be packaged for weeks, months and years. NO-CORRO® forgives even brief opening of VCI packaging for control purposes. The protective atmosphere is regenerated from the active substance depot in the carrier.
The long-term effect of the corrosion protection of VCI products increases significantly with the water vapour density of the outer barrier layer. Here, too , we are able to offer you appropriate solutions from our production.
